Qualifications: Experienced General Manager Needed with three years of experience required. Drivers License required. HS Degree required. Some college is preferred but not required. 3 - 5 years managing a crew of 5 - 10 eople in an industrial/construction is necessary. Basic computer skills is preferred. Heavy Equipment operation is preferred but not required. Truck driving experience is helpful but not required. Scrap metal Knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of DEP rules and regulations is a plus Description: Will manage all operations of our scrap metal recycling facility including but not limited to: Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipping loads. Provide constant oversight of the facility in order to provide inventory updates, overseeing employee productivity and enforcing company safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized environment. Comply with DEP, DOT and other regulations. Oversee the processing of various scrap metals efficiently. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with employees, equipment, customers or shipments. Will work directly with the owner. Will work Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:30pm and one or two Saturdays (half day) per month. Salary range is between $65,000 - $72,000 per year. Salary and benefits will be discussed at interview.
