Program Coordinator- Children’s Mental Health

Specifically, the responsibilities and qualifications of the position include:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Children’s Mental Health Division – CFTSS Program to ensure quality service delivery.

  • Lead the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates to build a strong, passionate team that supports children’s mental health.

  • Oversee assignments and service capacity to ensure children and families receive the mental health services they need.

  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team.

  • Track and monitor all data/information required by the state.

  • Assist with state reports and audits.

  • Monitor data, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with external entities.

  • Attend state meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve access to care.

  • Carry a small caseload.

Qualifications

  • Passion for helping children & families

  • LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC is required.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Services.

  • Strong leadership & organizational skills

  • Supervisory experience is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & electronic health records.

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean record required.

Compensation Information

  • FCA’s framework, culture, and values reflect the competitive compensation range. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience while still allowing for growth.

Additional Information

  • $64,350 - $66,500 annually

  • Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed

  • This role is full-time (35 hours/week), Exempt
