Program Coordinator- Children’s Mental Health

Specifically, the responsibilities and qualifications of the position include:
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Children’s Mental Health Division – CFTSS Program to ensure quality service delivery.
Lead the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates to build a strong, passionate team that supports children’s mental health.
Oversee assignments and service capacity to ensure children and families receive the mental health services they need.
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team.
Track and monitor all data/information required by the state.
Assist with state reports and audits.
Monitor data, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with external entities.
Attend state meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve access to care.
Carry a small caseload.
Qualifications
Passion for helping children & families
LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC is required.
At least 2 years of experience in Human Services.
Strong leadership & organizational skills
Supervisory experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & electronic health records.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record required.
Compensation Information
- FCA’s framework, culture, and values reflect the competitive compensation range. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience while still allowing for growth.
Additional Information
$64,350 - $66,500 annually
Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed
This role is full-time (35 hours/week), Exempt
