Job Description

The Workday Program Manager will assist the client in its implementation of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) system for 26,000 Colleagues in 15 countries. The modules implemented will be Core, Basic Comp, Performance & Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Learning, and additionally in Canada, Payroll and Time Tracking.

The Program Manager should have previous experience on implementing Workday globally. This person should have hands on and technical experience with Workday integrations and assist with design cutover. This role will support all US based stakeholders. They will collaborate closely with the Program Manager for EU/UK implementation efforts.

The Program Manager will play an important role in ensuring the project's success by identifying, gathering, and analyzing data related to the project. This will require working with various members of the global HR and Tech teams, among others. The company will partner with a 3rd party to carry out the implementation, and this role will also work with that party to facilitate collecting and providing information to them as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM

• Experience as a Program Manager where they write business, functional, and technical requirements as needed for documentation and testing

• Experience on prior global Workday implementation project

• Cutover experience for Workday Integrations

• Experience with identifying, gathering, and analyzing data for Workday HCM and all Workday modules such as Payroll, Recruiting, Data, and more.

• Experience completing ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by working with HR Analytics and HRIS globally

• Smartsheet experience null
