ManpowerGroup Virtual Human Resources LOA Ticketing Specialist - Consultant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Work from home opportunity (must be comfortable working EST coast hours)

W2 Contract

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team in a fully virtual capacity. This role will primarily involve managing Zendesk tickets and providing support to our team of specialists, focusing on leave and accommodation inquiries. Candidates with a background in HR generalist roles, especially in leave and disability accommodations, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming Zendesk tickets and assign them to the appropriate team of specialists.

  • Develop a deep understanding of leave and disability accommodations to eventually handle related tickets independently.

  • Provide administrative support to senior specialists in HR.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, particularly in relation to leave and accommodation.

  • Act as a consultative resource to employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR processes.

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HR generalist functions or HR specialist roles.

  • Experience with leave and disability accommodations, or as an administrator of FMLA or ADA accommodations, is preferred.

  • Familiarity with compliance regulations related to HR practices.

  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using Zendesk or similar ticket management systems is a plus.
