Job Title: Utility Technician
Job Description
As a Utility Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment, powder coating on metal products, facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing and basic mechanical repairs, and assisting in fabrication as needed. You will act as a jack of all trades to ensure smooth operations and upkeep of the facility.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
Apply powder coating to metal products.
Conduct facilities maintenance including plumbing and basic mechanical repairs.
Assist in fabrication tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Essential Skills
Experience in facilities maintenance.
Mechanical repair skills.
Proficiency in painting and powder coating.
Plumbing skills.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Experience with preventive maintenance.
Cleaning and organizational skills.

Work Environment
Work the 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
