The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must be able to travel throughout southeast Wisconsin about 50% of the time. What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire right of way rights, per project guidelines and regulations, for electrical transmission line projects. You will support the Project Manager (PM) and members of the project team. Duties include preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.
