Join us as our new Technical Services Manager This position works under close direction of the Director of Sales Food Cultures and Enzymes in the Dairy East Region and is primarily responsible for providing customer support in conjunction with the Account Managers for the sale of Food Culture & Enzyme ingredients into dairy manufacturing. This position will be a key enabler of business retention and customer maintenance through site optimization, troubleshooting, technical problem solving, data analysis, site audits and routine customer maintenance activities as needed by customers and account managers. This position will also serve as a technical service manager across all North American regionsas time allows. This will involve trial design and support, sample collection, report generation, use of technical field tools etc in close collaboration with account managers and technical service managers. This role will have a strong focus on cheese production (cheddar, pasta filata, cottage cheese, others). Fresh dairy production knowledge (yogurt, sour cream) is in scope but not the main responsibility.
