JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Purpose Assist in routine administrative and data collection aspects of clinical research studies needed in accordance with specific instructions and established work methods. Support research investigators as needed. Primary Functions Review patient medical records to extract relevant clinical data for the research. Enter research data onto clinical research forms and into computerized database. Assist in data cleaning and quality assurance activities, including reviewing assessments conducted for clinical research purposes. Assist in literature review. Provide general clerical support to investigators, including maintaining study documentation and organizing and filing documents. Attend study team meetings and complete study related training, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Strong problem solving and attentiveness to detail required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, and information management.
