If so, you might be a perfect fit for our new position as Senior Payroll Manager, Americas. We are in the process of designing a new HR delivery model in Danfoss. This means you will be part of establishing a new HR Services organisation with a strong pioneering spirit and an ambition to deliver state of the art HR services to our business. You will be heavily involved in our payroll and time system consolidation and implementation project. This gives you the chance to contribute to the shaping of the Payroll & Time strategy and system landscape of the future. You will lead the Payroll & Time organization and be overall responsible for all end-to-end payroll and time processes ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations as well as supervising the payroll team and maintaining accurate payroll records. In everything you do, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across our matrix organization to ensure local buy-in and a smooth transition process. This position can work remote in the US with a strong preference to Central and Eastern Time Zones for successful collaboration with the North America and Latin American teams. You will join a diverse, international, and highly skilled HR community, and report to the Head of HR Services, Americas. Job Responsibilities Play a key role on a big transformation journey where we are streamlining our system landscape, reorganizing our payroll set-up, and changing our HR delivery model. Lead the Americas payroll organization by role modelling our company values and by focusing on employee development and well-being. Overall responsible for all end-to-end payroll and time related processes. Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system design, improvements, and integrations. Provide and analyze advanced payroll and time reports. Manage audits and compliance reviews. Map, design and continuously improve payroll and time management processes and procedures to streamline operations.
