Responsible for assisting in the successful completion of projects and can help work with a wide variety of areas such as IT, Operations, Marketing etc. The associate project manager is responsible for the execution and completion of assigned projects including all project deliverables and outcomes. This includes assisting in the management of the relevant employees, setting deadlines, communicating with project steering committee members, project stakeholders and others as appropriate about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and scope. Prepares and submits project status reports to management Schedules and participates project meetings to include logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes Conducts regularly scheduled project status update meetings Revises project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements as directed Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project Support project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Organize and participates in meetings with management to determine the priority of opportunities Ensure resource availability and allocation per the project manager requests Report and escalate to management as needed Performs other duties, as necessary to support the project managers Indicate the education level, previous experience, specific knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet the minimum entry-level requirements for this position. This may include special skills, licenses, certificates, etc. * Associate degree preferred but not required * Excellent Interpersonal skills * Communication skills * Active listening * Effective note taking * Capturing RAID items * Time management skills * Organization and multi-tasking skills * Excellent Facilitation skills * The estimated salary range for this position is \$25.00 - \$35.00 hourly. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
