JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a contract ending in December 2024 working onsite with a insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. Job Description: In this role you will be responsible for working with teams across client engineering to adopt and develop expertise in practices, tools and frameworks utilized for test automation. This would also include advising on best practices and industry standards for building quality into development. In most cases you would be embedded with a team for several sprints being a quality champion, advising on designing for testability, proper test automation, and a key spokesperson for the enterprise testing strategy. This role has a strong emphasis on being an enabler and coach to engineers. Must enjoy growing others and have a growth mindset.
