This role is pivotal in shaping the online narrative of what our company offers, educating our customers about our products, and facilitating their research, purchase, and service needs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, customer-centric focus, ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and has business savvy to drive the necessary innovations to take the online experience to the next level.
