Success requiresbuilding strong relationships, tackling complex issues, influencing change, elegantly communicatingcomplicatedconceptsand analysis. This role reports to the Head of Sales Compensation and regularly collaborates with HR, Sales, Finance, and Sales leaders. How you will do it: Develop strategic relationships and collaboratewith the Business Leaders Cultivate and maintain a working knowledge of business mission and offerings Serve as consultant to BU Management in BU-wide TR strategies Participate in compensation strategycreation and coach business leaders to maximize impact of incentive compensation on selling behaviors Assess Sales Compensation plan alignment to corporate strategy and sales Go-to-Market Partner with sales and business leaders...
