Job Summary This position is responsible for creating, deploying, and administrating key sales programs and developing, communicating, and executing recognition programs for the U.S. market. This individual will work collaboratively with marketing, finance, legal, communications, and other cross-functional business owners on the design of these programs to ensure alignment with Harley-Davidson\'s Hardwire II strategies. This role will assist the Director of Market Operations & Analytics in setting the strategic direction of the department and achieving key business objectives. Job Responsibilities Lead the development of sales programs including assembling supporting data and presenting proposals to North America leadership. Develop all related sales material necessary for a successful program launch and execution (including but not limited to dealer communications, terms and conditions and presentations) as well as serve as the point of contact for the field team. Manage HDMC\'s relationship with the 3rd party provider responsible for delivering the performance group program. Lead the design and execution of recognition programs for the U.S. market. This includes determining performance metrics, program material, and recognition awards.
