Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Restaurant Retail Manager 2 for Marquette University located in Milwaukee, WI . Our successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the on-campus restaurant Annex Bar & Grill . This position oversees all restaurant operations including menu development, sales, ordering, inventory, hiring, physical and food safety, and experiential dining with oversight, mentoring, and management of a supervisor, cooks, and a large student employee team.Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do
lead frontline/hourly teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes
maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards are in place
provide stellar customer service
train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs, and daily operation standards
