Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Restaurant Retail Manager 2 for Marquette University located in Milwaukee, WI . Our successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the on-campus restaurant Annex Bar & Grill . This position oversees all restaurant operations including menu development, sales, ordering, inventory, hiring, physical and food safety, and experiential dining with oversight, mentoring, and management of a supervisor, cooks, and a large student employee team.Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

• lead frontline/hourly teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes

• maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards are in place

• provide stellar customer service

• train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs, and daily operation standards
