Actalent Project Administrator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and grow within the construction industry.

Duties:

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time

  • Assist in project scheduling, tracking, and reporting

  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines

  • Support in construction site coordination and communication

  • Assist in construction estimating and budget tracking

  • Manage project documentation including contracts, blueprints, and change orders

  • Utilize software such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, ProCore for project management tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in construction project coordination or related role

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction documents

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of construction management software like ProCore is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
