JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perceptiv is a fast-paced, high-growth business that is looking for a Product Analyst with a strong sense of ownership, drive and capability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) located at the downtown Milwaukee, WI office. Job Summary: The Product Analyst - Connected Products isresponsible for defining and managing short- and long-term connected products solutions for Regal Rexnord\'s Perceptiv Intelligent Reliability Solutions group. This role will work closely with Perceptiv\'s Product Management team, Sales, and Engineering teams to create strategic roadmaps for connected power transmission components and drive delivery of new products/features to the market. A successful candidate will possess the capability to collaborate with Perceptiv\'s Senior Leadership Team on 3-5 year growth strategies. This role is responsible identifying and implementing new connected product solutions in collaboration with other internal divisional product teams. The Product Manager will define and drive delivery of new product and feature releases while working with cross-functional, global development teams. Additionally, this position will work with Corporate Marketing to generate market awareness and highlight product differentiation. The ideal candidate will have experience with technology enabled solutions or platforms and possess a strong drive for execution and ownership. What you will do: Survey, define, and deliver new connected product capabilities Conduct Discovery and gather VOC from end users and prioritize problems to be solved Build business case and revenue justification utilizing VOC and internal feedback Collaborate with Perceptiv product management team members to define connected products blueprint and feature roadmap Generate solution requirements and user stories in partnership with development teams Drive team to deliver new connected products capabilities Assist internal stakeholders in marketing of new capabilities/features Assist in training internal and external Sales teams on new capabilities/features Develop analysis of competitor core product capabilities Willing to travel up to 25% domestically Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree 3yr+ professional experience in product development environment Demonstrated excellence in communicating to internal and external stakeholders Ability to lead/deliver multiple concurrent workstreams under time constraints Prior experience in hardware integration, software integration, industrial automation, or connected products/platform NPD Preferred experience: Prior experience in industrial markets a plus SCRUM/Agile experience a plus Prior experience with reliability or condition monitoring services/products a...
