JOB REQUIREMENTS: Staff Pharmacist- Per Diem Granite Hills Hospital West Allis, WI As a per diem, nonexemptCPS Solutions, LLCStaff Pharmacistat Granite Hills Hospital,you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Schedule: Must be available every other weekend. This position is needed to work mainly for weekend coverage, 2-4 hour shifts, flexible in/out times, along with on call during the same weekend, Saturday-Sunday.Also needed to cover PTO for the Director during weekdaysas needed. About the Facility: Granite Hills hospital will be a 120 bed hospital accredited by the Joint Commisson that provides mental and behavioral health services to a variety of ages.CPShas partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS. About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, and closed weekends and the six major holidays. After hours pharmacy services provides coverage for weekdays after business hours and on a 24/7 basis weekends and holidays. The pharmacy utilizes HCS, Omnicell automation with CPOE and eMAR technology. Once the patient census increases the pharmacy hours may expand to includeweekends.
