Join us as our new Operator - Fermentation (Nights) This position works under close supervision and is primarily responsible for operating in the Fermentation department. The areas are defined as sanitizing, pelletizing/freeze drying, mixing, separating, and monitoring. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Setting up(assemblingand disassembling), operating, adjusting, cleaning and sanitizing equipment to produce products within quality standards and according to procedures. Assistingothers in the areas trained as required by production demands or by direction of the Supervisor. Deliveringor pickingup raw materials or finished product into and out of -55C freezer. Printingand applinglabels to product. Stackingbags onto trolley for storage into the freezer. Verifiinglot and batch numbers. Participatingin continuous improvement activities using Lean concepts and principles. Troubleshootingand/or identifingequipment failures or problems. Takingnecessary samples for QC testing as needed. Completingnecessary paperwork and/or data entry for production and/or inventory records. Adhereringto all GMP, including sanitary requirements, Safety, ISO and Standardized Work procedures.
