This person will be an expert in the NxGen technology and tool functionality. This role will support tool design, implementation and roll out of our strategies and technologies and will work with our Operations team to build cohesive processes. Supporting and inspiring change management across the organization will also be a critical aspect of this role. Requires knowledge of program management techniques and use of strategic thinking with an ability to apply a balanced understanding of our business elements. Effective communication with varying levels within the organization is key to the success of this role. How you will do it: Possesses a functional understanding of HVAC field service tools, software and engaged in the development of processes.
