As the Operations Controller, you are responsible for leading the finance and accounting teams across manufacturing operations and supply chain. This position will develop and track performance metrics, drive standardization and continuous improvements and the related productivity metrics/targets. In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring effective and well controlled financial processes, managing and developing plant controllers, and partnering with the Corporate Controller in developing and maintaining a global financial technology platform.
