Job Title: Medical Biller (Epic Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Post insurance and self-pay accounts in Epic, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.

• Process payments, adjustments, and insurance-related details for both insurance claims and patient accounts.

• Handle EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), work through denials, and resolve anticodes with ease.

• Assist with zero pays and POB (Patient-Other Balance) lines, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly.

• Complete account transfers within Epic as needed.

• Collaborate with a friendly and professional team to ensure smooth billing operations and high-quality service.

  Requirements

Experience and Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Epic (especially for posting insurance and self-pay accounts).

• Strong understanding of EOBs, anticodes, denials, and zero pay issues.

• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with the team.

• Previous medical billing experience is required (preferably in an office or clinic setting).
