JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Assembly Tasks: Assemble mechanical components, parts, and systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly. Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of parts and assemblies to verify quality and compliance with specifications. Identify and report defective parts or assembly issues to the supervisor. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly logs and quality checklists. Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the production team. Tool and Equipment Operation: Operate machinery and tools, such as drills, torque wrenches, and calipers, in a safe and efficient manner. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. Collaboration and Workflow: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met. Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to workplace safety protocols and procedures.
