Job Title: Maintenance Welder

Job Description

Maintenance welders/fitters will be responsible for welding components for conveyor systems, shot blast equipment, concrete surge hoppers, airplane components, and frames/engines for the automotive industry. Responsibilities include flux core, MIG, and metal core welding, blueprint reading, and quality checks on parts. This role involves working with medium to large heavier components. Fitters also need to know how to operate plasmas, brake press, and other machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform flux core, MIG, and metal core welding.

  • Read and interpret blueprints.

  • Conduct quality checks on welded parts.

  • Weld components for conveyor systems, shot blast equipment, concrete surge hoppers, airplane components, and frames/engines for the automotive industry.

  • Operate plasmas, brake press, and other machinery.

Work Environment

1st shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime included). The goal is to open a 2nd and 3rd shift in the future.
