JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Global Litigation & Investigations. The successful candidate will support the legal department in managing a variety of litigation, including product liability, commercial disputes, labor and employment, and regulatory matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the review and preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct research and gather relevant information to support litigation matters including but not limited to document and information requests. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Coordinate the Company\'s defenses with outside counsel, experts, and witnesses. Assist with internal reporting of litigation matters, including monthly and quarterly reports. Handle intake of all new claims and lawsuits. Assist with due diligence associated with litigation in the event of an acquisition or divestiture. Prepare and manage litigation holds. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Become an expert on all things Regal Rexnord, including its history of acquisitions and divestitures, liabilities, its family of companies, and its product lines. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a corporate legal department or large law firm. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders. Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling product liability and commercial litigation cases. Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
