JOB REQUIREMENTS: Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks Lead Financial Analyst at its facility located at 5757 N Green Bay Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53209. Prepare, analyze, and review quarterly rolling forecasts and annual financial plans. Analyze and review actual monthly financial performance. Instinctively recognize inconsistencies in financial data and initiates and manages the appropriate corrective action. Review the evaluation and justification of capital investments, joint ventures, acquisitions/divestitures, and other strategic initiatives as needed. Act in a consulting role, demonstrate understanding of the financial analysis process and applies that knowledge to developing cost effective analyses and recommendations to the area management team. Maintain dialog with management and regional financial personnel to identify and evaluate evolving business issues. Manage special studies and analyses on an independent basis, assuming responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of the studies/analyses. Prepare/review presentations for the team sent to operations and leadership teams comprising of actual results, forecasts, industry views, operating results etc. Work with leadership to establish department budgets and quarterly forecasts for expenses, capital spending and headcount. Ensure timeliness of deliverables to field leadership, including strategic plan, annual profit plan, quarterly forecasts, and presentations. Coordinate planning and forecasting processes, timing, and assumptions within the organization; including establishing top-down commitments based on key assumptions. Coordinate and consolidate Operating Review packages for the management team. Support analytical requirements for including new product development support. Provide oversight and manages SG&A spending cost centers and performance for the area management team. Review SG&A spending with leadership team. REQS:This position requires a bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field and 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Sr Financial Analyst or related occupation involving financial experience in a multinational business. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Financial forecast and planning; (2) Supporting operational and sales organizations; (3) Utilizing large scale ERP tools such Oracle; (4) Utilize consolidation tools such as OneStream; and (5) Managing SG&A spend and implementing cost savings opportunities.
