BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPES LLC Landscape Laborer in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: BrightView Landscapes, LLC (Milwaukee, WI) has 30 F/T Temp. Landscape Laborers (04/01/2025-11/14/2025). 35 hours/wk., 8:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri) Saturday work required, when necessary. Hours may vary and overtime may be available based on weather and project need. \$20.89/hour (O/T \$31.34) paid weekly on Friday. A single work week will be used to compute wages due. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company\'s sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill, or tenure. All deductions form the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL. Mow, cut, water, and edge lawns; rake and blow leaves; dig holes for bushes and planting; pull/chop weeds; prune/haul topsoil/mulch. Entry level. Workers must be able to lift and carry weights of up to 50 lbs. when necessary, such as with mulch, fertilizer, or other materials. They should have the capability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials needed to complete their assigned tasks. The employer will rely on workers\' self-representations and observations to assess whether they meet this requirement. No Education required. No Experience required. The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). On-the-job training will not be provided. Drug testing and post-hire background check may be required after hire but before the commencement of employment at the employer\'s expense for all workers, both U.S./domestic and H-2B workers. Daily transportation to/from the worksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-up place). Worksite at: 1579 South 38th Street, Suite 100, Milwaukee, WI 53215, Milwaukee County. Travel to Brightview offices and worksite locations in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington, Kenosha, and Waukesha Counties of Wisconsin. The Employer will assist workers with securing housing upon request, but the employer will not provide housing. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed during the first work week for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those required by the government (excluding passport fees).
