Our Client is Hiring! This is a hybrid role. Overview:

• Performs a variety of operational duties within an assigned area of Investment Operations.

• Researches and resolves operational and/or accounting exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review.

• Interfaces with Investment and other internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers.

• Ensures the accuracy of account statements and information.

• Verifies account entries, ensures totals balance and prepares correcting adjustments as needed.

• Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied.Responds to telephone or written inquiries and performs research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers or internal employees.

salary: $21.42 - $21.43 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for placing and confirming open-ended mutual fund and money market trades on behalf of supported business lines and their respective clients.

• Communicates timely and effectively with trust administration, investment officers, trade services, and various other departments as required.

• Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with mutual fund representatives and service providers.

• Candidate will need to have to have minimal trading errors as Bank will be liable.

• There is a minimum trade area goal so they will have to get though their que, and process accurately and not miss anything, and then cross check with

• their teammate.

• They will be working with the Money Market Trading team through Microsoft Teams messaging and meeting.

• Will interact with internal clients only.
