JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Intern - Analytics in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2025 with the potential to work part-time during the academic year. The hourly rate for this internship is \$19.80 with paid company holidays. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in the Milwaukee office. Job Summary We employ students for summer and year-round opportunities to help design creative cost effective systems and equipment that keep the energy flowing to our customers in a safe and reliable manner. WEC Energy Group offers a variety of engineering opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience that are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program. Students work with experienced members of these functional teams. This position will support the company\'s electric utilities\' regulated and non-regulated generation planning processes and market operations. The Student will receive exposure to the following: Generator Interconnection Process within the Eastern Interconnection Capacity planning and auction processes Regulatory processes Job Responsibilities Provide support to the Market Strategist staff on projects while developing skills, technical expertise, interpersonal and communication skills, and project management skills.
