Job Title: Help Desk/Desktop Support Specialist Location: Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities: Provide desktop support for computers and software through phone and direct contact with clients at all levels. Enforce company procedures and standards. Log calls and update management on various issues. Function as the initial contact to resolve desktop, hardware, and software problems. Experience imaging laptops and providing support on Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 is required. Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of work experience specifically in a field technician role. Proficiency in imaging laptops and supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10. Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
