Basic knowledge of HVAC, Building Automation, Fire Protection, Boilers, Steam Systems, Wastewater Treatment, and Security systems is also required. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is expected to troubleshoot, repair, install, adjust, and maintain all equipment and systems that are critical to the facility\'s infrastructure, as well as maintain the grounds, offices, and common areas. Shift hours: *Currently hiring for 1st shift, but needs to be open to working off-shifts when needed * 1st shift: 7 am to 3pm Ability and willingness to work overtime, and weekends and holidays Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
