Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting vacuum systems for sewage trucks. They need to have a higher level of understanding than a typical electrician, including knowledge of fuses, relays, and wiring. The role requires the use of electrical tools and schematics to identify problems. Panel building and electrical assembly experience are beneficial but not sufficient alone.

Responsibilities

  • Test and troubleshoot vacuum systems for sewage trucks

  • Understand and work with fuses, relays, and wiring

  • Use electrical tools and schematics to diagnose problems

  • Perform electrical assembly and panel building tasks

Essential Skills

  • Electrical wiring

  • Electrical testing

  • Knowledge of fuses and relays

  • Experience as an electrical installer

  • Troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with testing equipment

  • Proficiency with power tools and hand tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with PLC is beneficial

Work Environment

1st shift: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm (40+ hours/week). The facility is clean and organized.
