RADYNE CORP Electrical Engineer Adaptive Control in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Radyne is preparing to implement adaptive control systems in our induction power supplies. These systems are expected to require expertise in stochastic processes, Kalman filters, and the implementation of KalmanNet-type or other machine learning models to predict future states given current operating conditions while correcting for analog to digital sampling uncertainty, control loop delay, noise statistics, propagation delay, and other uncertainty across various operational contexts & load dynamics. We are seeking an electrical engineer with these skills or someone who is knowledgeable about adaptive control systems algorithms. This expertise will be crucial in helping us estimate future states and prevent our systems from operating in adverse ways. Develop Adaptive, Predictive Control Algorithms: For our embedded power supply controls, Cyclone V, 110K LEs, 550MHz, with a dual-core ARM 9 at 900MHz. Including 4 ADC channels at 80MSPS and 12-bit resolution, and peripheral processors from STMicro sampling various other signals in 3 phase current, various temperatures, water flow rates, pressure sensors and input from other external equipment. Preform advanced Trend Analysis: To predict downtime events and schedule maintenance prior to unscheduled downtime. Develop software using Customer Data Analysis: Utilizing SPC methods to test sample quality, Analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations for process improvements. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for projects. Collaborate with engineering and research teams to implement new technologies and techniques. Communicate findings, project status, and recommendations effectively to management and relevant teams. EOE/Drugfree ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: ipc.us/t/BD02EBF85D7F44BF
