The Headlines :

In the role of Seasonal eCommerce Fulfillment Center Rep, Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Guest Relations Team. You will work in a fast-paced environment accurately fulfilling online merchandise orders. You will use strong organization skills to elevate merchandise sales, support strategic brand initiatives, and you will collaborate daily with eCommerce team to grow the business.

This position reports to the Guest Relations eCommerce Supervisor and works closely with our eCommerce Buyer, eCommerce Digital Operations Coordinator, and broader Guest Relations Staff.

The Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack and ship out e-commerce orders accurately, following established best practices.

  • Support daily returns, reshipments, and special requests.

  • Required to lift up to 50 lbs. and/or stand/sit for extended periods of time

  • Support customer service communication.

  • Support intake of merchandise including quality control and warehouse location.

*The Other Qualifications: *

  • 1-2 years experience in eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations or retail is a plus.

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
