Robert Half Digital Marketing Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager/Sr. Consultant. Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, this role is pivotal to the organization's development. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in emerging technologies and experience with COMPRESSION THERAPY/ Medical Device Marketing. In this role, you will play a significant role in launching products to the market, managing our internal and B2C websites, and enhancing our branding.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for branding and all marketing initiatives

• Track key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate and boost performance

• Coordinate with international teams for global project execution

• Manage and maintain web content of both internal and B2C websites, ensuring its accuracy and relevance

• Execute efficient lead generation campaigns using tools like Mailchimp

• Recommend and adapt new technologies to enhance modern marketing techniques

• Collaborate effectively with the Manufacturing design teams to align goals and avoid conflicts

• The role may involve national and potentially international travel annually.

Skills:

• Experience in Google Analytics for analyzing website traffic and evaluating goal conversions

• Familiarity with CRM, Database, Design, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Direct Marketing Campaigns, Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Social Media, Social Media Campaigns, Social Media Advertising, Social Media Strategy, and KPI Reporting is preferred.

Requirements

• Ideally experience with Compression Garment/ Post-Surgical Product Manketin gstrategy.

• Minimum of 7 years experience in a Project Management or Senior Consultant role

• Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Experience in database management and design

• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting

• Demonstrable experience in Direct Marketing Campaigns

• Proven track record in Integrated Marketing Campaigns

• Proficiency in managing Social Media platforms and campaigns

• Experience in Social Media Advertising and strategy development

• Ability to generate and analyze KPI reports

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field would be advantageous

• Proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
