JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead the design, development, and testing of solutions for a diverse set of clients in various industries. Lead consulting activities from assessment and planning to technical solution design, solution confirmation and testing, and post-go-live support. Assist in the development of solutions to business and technical problems. Participate in project delivery for programs by architecting solutions, assigning tasks, tracking status, reporting status, and ensuring project deliveries remain within the agreed upon scope, schedule, and cost. Support process design, solution design, system validation, training, and deployment. Participate in identifying and quoting new projects and the continued development of best work practices. Publish articles, speak at conferences, or represent the company\'s capabilities through external avenues. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Programming languages, including C#, JavaScript, or MATLAB; Data structures, object-oriented programming, and software architecture; Utilizing mechanical or electrical design, and simulation tools, including Creo, Solidworks, OrCAD, or Ansys; and Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (\"SAFe\"), or Software Development Lifecycle (\"SDLC\") software development practices, and technical documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
