Brady Corporation Customer Service Operations Intern in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

What We Need:

The Customer Service Intern will gain hands-on experience with business tools like SAP and Salesforce while analyzing data trends, creating proactive schedules, and supporting cross-functional process mapping to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include gathering SSO reports, monitoring data, and streamlining information flow for Sales Support, all while driving goals through individual and team metrics.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running reports to analyze data from web applications to display trends

  • Creating proactive schedules to reduce foreseeable interruptions

  • Accountable to drive goals through individual metrics and a strong understanding of department, team, and individual goals

  • Collaborating on cross-functional process mapping to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Assisting in gathering and reporting monthly Silence Surveillance Observations (SSO).

  • Monitoring data and help map out quick paths for Sales support to get information from other teams.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Sophomore standing or higher and in good academic standing

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google Suite (Sheets and Docs)

  • Ability to problem solve, apply critical thinking and analysis.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions independently.

  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.

  • Skilled at multitasking while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Highly adaptable to a changing, fast paced environment.
