Validate data entry standards are being followed. Assist Sales, Credit/Billing and Customer Service departments to ensure data accuracy. Administer record changes/updates as necessary through the use of data maintenance tools. Assist with process documentation and training. Seek resolutions to issues encountered with data and processes. Analyze the impact of configuration changes to master data. Requires knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com in addition to 3rd party systems and tools.What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent customer data entry and maintenance. Monitor and cleanse customer data to eliminate duplicates, inaccuracies, and outdated information. Implement data quality standards and practices to maintain the integrity of master data. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for effective Customer Data Management. Provide training and guidance to all departments on customer master best practices. Review and process all customer master data audits for the applicable business areas. Assist in the testing and implementing of customer master processes with digital teams for website enhancements. Monitor and process all data protection regulation requests (e.g., CCPA). Utilize project management skills to manage open projects or requests. Supports management of One Brady North America customer master. What you’ll need to be successful: High school diploma, college degree desired. Minimum 2 years in a business environment. Ability to create, run and analyze reports. Use good judgment in what and how to communicate with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proposes solutions to problems while also considering timeliness and effectiveness. Displays a positive attitude. Effective interpersonal skills. High attention to detail.
