Custodian II \| Starting \$13.64 to \$17.05 Per Hour (Depending on Experience). Custodian II Job Responsibilities: * Empty wastebaskets and garbage containers. * Dust furniture & equipment weekly. * Sweep and vacuum floors daily. * Clean bathrooms daily. * Mop, wax, and buff floors weekly. * Wash sills and floorboards weekly. * Wash windows weekly. * Assists with moving products throughout warehouse and within building and facility grounds. * Set up tables and chairs in halls and meeting rooms as needed. * Notifies management regarding need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. * Cuts and trims grass and shrubbery around buildings using hand tools and power equipment. * Remove snow and debris from sidewalks and parking areas around buildings. * Will utilize UMOS vehicles to transport furniture, equipment, and other materials. * Train and supervise work experience participants. * Perform special projects and other related duties as needed, attend meetings, conferences, and workshops as assigned.
