You\'ll manage our clients Food Order Guides and the purchasing process for food across DSSI. Leveraging your analytical skills will be key as you work in partnership with the Senior Culinary Consultant to collaborate with customers, GPOs, and food suppliers to build, manage and optimize food order guides on DSSI. Develop and maintain processes for building order guides based on clients\' menus and menu cycles. Analyze market and customer data using proprietary tools to identify SKU optimization opportunities. Provide quarterly recommendations to the Spend Management Consultant for client optimization opportunities. Occasionally present market and customer data analysis findings to clients with the Spend Management Consultant.
