Job Summary This position is responsible for overseeing a portion of Harley-Davidson trademark portfolio (both domestic and international) global search and clearance, and providing trademark related guidance, direction and support primarily to internal stakeholders of Harley-Davidson, Inc. This position will also provide legal support and guidance to the Harley-Davidson apparel and licensing business unit. In addition, this position will provide guidance to legal support staff, manage outside counsel, implement tactics, policies and procedures, and represent the Company with external stakeholders. This position will report to Harley-Davidson\'s Assistant General Counsel, Trademarks.
