JOB REQUIREMENTS: Communications Operations Specialist - WD37794 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: What You Will Do: As the Communications Operations Specialist within the Global Communications Department at Clarios, you will dig in to support numerous internal and change initiatives. Bring your energy, enthusiasm and resiliency to lead and work inside one of the world\'s oldest startup companies. Location: This role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin working in-office 3 days a week, remote 2 days. How You Will Do It: Reporting to the Manager, Global Internal Communications, you will work closely with the entire department to connect the dots across many fast-moving projects. Use your analytical mindset, eye for detail, and love of process to wrangle our many moving pieces while keeping your eye on the overall big picture. Responsibilities will include: * Managing the global Marketing Communications Calendar and maintaining the Corporate Communications SharePoint Site * Serving as the subject matter expert on communications channels (intranet, email, digital signage, etc.) including collecting metrics, building process, and sharing progress with an executive audience * Leading efforts to modernize hourly employee communications with regional teams.
