Norris\' Group Care Programs provide treatment, educational, and therapeutic recreational services to youth ages 8 through 17 and their families. Youth receive services related to mental health, emotional behavioral disorders, problematic sexualized behaviors, AODA, and trauma, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect. Norris is currently seeking an individual to fulfill the role of Clinical Supervisor for our Group Care Program at our West Bend campus. Under the supervision of the Group Care Program Manager (GCPM), the Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for ensuring the creation and development of personalized therapeutic services including individual, group and family interventions as well as ensuring psychiatric, psychological and medical needs of youth are met. The CS directly supervises a Youth Liaison and helps oversee the consulting psychiatrist, clinical internships and works hand-in-hand with the Group Care Program Manager, Milieu Supervisor and Assistant Milieu Supervisor to ensure an integrated system of care that provides a safe, structured and intensive therapeutic environment where youth and families can focus on building the skills and resilience that will allow youth to transition back into the community as soon as possible. The CS at the River Bend Place (RBP) campus is also responsible for providing direct therapy, and aftercare services to youth being served within the residential services program, in order to ensure high quality and personalized services are provided. The CS has primary Leader on Duty (LOD) and medication administration responsibilities on a routine basis. The CS ensures sensitivity to the ethnic and cultural diversity of youths, families, and employees while effectively communicating and promoting the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of Norris.
