JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Opportunity: Avantor is looking for a Global Change Notification Specialist, to join our team! Change Notification is an Avantor Added Value Service for customers working in highly regulated environments (e.g. pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries). Timely notification of changes made to critical products is a mandatory requirement for customers manufacturing products to be released onto controlled markets (e.g. vaccines, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, et cetera). Avantor\'s Change Notification teams ensure timely notification of changes made to both proprietary and distributed products. Notifying in a timely manner enables customers on the controlled markets to buy products used in the product of their finished goods through Avantor. In other words, providing Product Change Notification is a prerequisite for the market - it is the cost of doing business with (bio)pharma customers. What we\'re looking for Education: Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in chemistry or life sciences. Experience: 2+ years of experience in industry preferred Strong knowledge of laboratory environment and lab products (chemicals, lab consumables, life science products or single-use solutions) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about process and problem solving Self-starter & goal-oriented. Results driven, with a strong customer focus Ability to prioritize own workload Time management skills Basic Office 365 skills required Experience with SAP preferred How you will thrive and create an impact Autonomous handling of Change Notification requests: sending Supplier Change Notifications to enrolled customers within established deadlines; enrolling customers for new products; responding to customer questions at short notice Implement and assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service.
