Job Title: Foreman
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Foreman to join our team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing new construction job sites, primarily focused on residential projects, with occasional small commercial jobs. This role involves assisting with new builds, finish carpentry, and concrete work. The ideal candidate will work with hand and power tools, help prep job sites, and collaborate with tenured employees, gaining experience in various carpentry and concrete roles.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage new construction job sites, both residential and small commercial projects.
Assist with new builds, including finish carpentry and concrete work.
Work with hand and power tools to complete various tasks.
Prepare and maintain job sites for construction activities.
Collaborate with experienced employees to gain experience in carpentry and concrete roles.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Strong general construction, general labor, carpentry, and concrete work.
Experience with waterproofing techniques.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly for up to 10 hours daily.
3+ years of lead experience in construction.

Work Environment
The work environment involves outdoor construction sites, subject to all types of weather conditions. The work can be physically demanding and dirty. You will be working on new, unoccupied residential and commercial properties. Team sizes can vary depending on the project, typically ranging from 4 to 10 people. Required attire includes pants, steel toe boots, and shirts with sleeves. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats and visibility gear will be provided.
