Job Title: Business Analyst - ADP Global View Payroll

What's in it for you?

• Onsite: Hybrid (Milwaukee, WI) - 3 days a week in office

• Payrate: $40.00/hr-$43.00/hr

• 6 Month Contract possible of extension

• Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements/Skills:

• Needs to be fluent in in Global View Payroll (ADP Product)

• Targeting someone with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• The purpose of this role is we are currently changing the HCM system. Would be responsible for working with Senior HRIS Analyst in support of the day to day activities.

• Support; troubleshoot, admin, config coordination, mass imports, reporting, & testing in ADP Global View Payroll.

• Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.

• Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements.

• Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.

• Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

• Works under the direction of a project manager.
