Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Billing Clerk to be a part of our vibrant team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Billing Clerk, your main role will involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining up-to-date customer credit records, and executing appropriate actions on customer accounts. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries effectively and professionally

• Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline processes

• Administer billing functions smoothly and accurately

• Oversee claim administration, ensuring all claims are correctly processed

• Implement collection processes where necessary

• Deliver high-quality customer service at all times

• Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel, to manage and organize data. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with IBM AS/400

• Competency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Claim Administration

• Familiarity with Collection Processes

• Strong Customer Service skills
