TEKsystems Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description

  • Answer incoming phone calls

  • Answer and greet customers at door

  • Scan various files into computer system

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting families in person from time to time

  • Monitor schedules and conference room time blocks to make sure operation runs smoothly

  • Ensure accuracy in contracts, timelines, and compliance requirements.

  • Manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and paperwork efficiently.

  • Prioritizes tasks to keep rehab and holding costs on track and meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable with CRM(Salesforce) and document tools (e.g., Microsoft Office & Google Suite, Adobe, etc).

  • Follows structured checklists and procedures to ensure smooth transactions.

  • Coordinates between agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors.

  • Navigates challenges and finds solutions when issues arise.

  • Works closely with real estate agents, construction managers, and third parties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • 2+ years customer service experience

  • Ability to work on a computer (double monitor) and take phone calls (30 calls per day)

  • Ability to communicate with various types of people - families in need, multi-million dollar stakeholders, internal teams, etc.

  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with Google Drive

  • Promote family friendly/encouraging environment

  • Display empathy servant leadership

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
