This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate bid responses and maintaining compliance with client requirements and company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct thorough research to identify relevant bid opportunities across various platforms, portals, and networks in designated regional territories. Monitor and maintain an updated pipeline of upcoming and ongoing tenders and RFPs. Analyze tender requirements and assess their alignment with the company\'s services, capabilities, and strategic objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for bid preparation and submission. Provides accurate quotes to customers on bid opportunities Stay up-to-date with industry trends, procurement processes, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. Maintain organized records of bid opportunities, deadlines, and submission statuses in company CRM. Recommend bid/no-bid decisions based on feasibility, profitability, and resource availability. Support the proposal development team and ensure all identified bids are communicated effectively and within established timelines. Perform other duties as needed. Required Experience and Knowledge/ Skills/Ability Proven experience in bid search, business development, or a related field. Strong understanding of procurement and tendering processes across various industries. Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using bid search platforms and software tools (e.g., [specific platforms/tools, if applicable]). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Familiarity with government and corporate procurement regulations. Experience in preparing or contributing to bid proposals. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
