Job Description The Assistant General Counsel, Privacy and Cyber Security, will lead Rockwell Automation\'s Global Privacy Program and provide general legal counsel and support for Rockwell Automation\'s Cyber Security Program. The role calls for a trusted advisor who understands Rockwell Automation\'s strategic initiatives and provides legal support that supports growth, mitigates risk, and assures compliance. As a subject matter expert on issues related to privacy, cyber and data security, the Assistant General Counsel/General Counsel, Privacy and Cyber Security will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on privacy, data protection and cyber and data security laws and regulations, and for developing and implementing global and local strategies and coordinated action plans to support compliance and risk mitigation in these areas. The Global Privacy Program covers both employee personal data and customer personal data and involves close collaboration with the Human Resources, Sourcing, Information and Product Security, Sales and Marketing functions. This role will also provide critical support on these issues as they arise in Rockwell Automation\'s contracting activities, particularly with key customers, suppliers, technology partners and providers.
